Pricing
A low retainer, and a stake in what closes.
$3,000 a month, $150 per closed deal, and 5% of closed-won revenue we source. Published, not revealed on a discovery call.
One engagement, three components
Aligned to closed won
01
Monthly retainer
Covers the operator, the build, and the reporting. Predictable for you, and it means we never chase volume to get paid.
$3,000
per month
02
Per closed deal
A flat bounty on every deal that closes from pipeline we sourced. Small, but it keeps the whole team pointed at the same finish line.
$150
per close
03
Share of closed won
First-year contract value on deals we source. If the pipeline we build doesn't convert, this line is zero.
5%
of closed-won revenue
The retainer covers the work. The per-close and the percentage mean we only win when your revenue does — so we optimize for qualified, not for volume.
Book a 30-min auditWhat the retainer includes
- ICP and territory rebuilt from your closed-won
- Sequence and messaging build, iterated weekly
- Dedicated SDR coverage on your domain
- CRM and data hygiene maintained, not just audited
- Weekly pipeline report, four metrics
- Monthly forecast review with leadership
- Documented playbook you own from week one
Commitment
Ninety days to start, month to month after. Performance components are invoiced the month the deal closes.
Percentage applies to first-year contract value on deals we source. Rates exclude tooling (sequencer, data, dialer) — typically $900–$1,800/mo, billed to you directly so you keep the contracts.
Questions we get before signing
- Why a percentage and not a flat fee?
- Because a flat fee pays us for activity. The retainer covers the work; the per-close and the 5% mean a quarter of noisy meetings costs us too.
- What counts as a deal you sourced?
- An opportunity we opened, attributed in your CRM, agreed in writing before the engagement starts. Inbound and your own outbound are excluded.
- Whose CRM and tooling?
- Yours. You hold every contract so nothing walks out the door when the engagement ends.
- How many clients does one operator carry?
- Three at most. It's the reason we can publish rates and still show up senior.
- What if the audit says don't engage?
- Then the audit says that. Roughly one in five ends with a plan you should run in-house, and we tell you so.
